Lessons 6-7: Mastering Bully Tactics and Counter Measures
Mastering Bully Tactics and Counter Measures Understanding and responding to bully tactics is a crucial part of your training. This study is divided into two parts, each designed to help you recognize, navigate, and counteract intimidation tactics used in public discourse. ✔ Identify Common Bully Tactics – Learn how opponents attempt to control conversations. ✔ Develop Effective Countermeasures – Gain practical strategies to stay composed and in control. ✔ Manage Provocative Interactions – Engage confidently, even in challenging situations. Citizen Ninjas in Action teams are formal or informal organizations, societies, or associations created to maximize activism efforts across all levels of engagement. Whether you're mobilizing a small group or leading a larger movement, this training equips you with the skills to strategically organize and take action. What You’ll Learn in Lessons 1-3: ✔ Build Your Team – Identify the right people and align them with a shared mission. ✔ Run Your Team – Develop leadership skills, maintain momentum, and stay organized. ✔ Deploy Your Team – Launch effective activism campaigns with clear goals and impact-driven strategies. By the end of Part 2, you’ll be ready to lead with confidence, inspire action, and drive meaningful change in your community. Step up and take action today!

Lesson 1: Building Powerful Teams for Change
In Lesson 1, Mary Baker starts with how to build a foundation by forming a small, committed team of like-minded activists who share your mission and are ready to collaborate and support one another. What You Will Learn: ✔ Review the Citizen Ninja Powers and Citizen Ninja Rules ✔ Understand the difference between influencers and bullies ✔ Learn the steps to building an effective team Each step builds upon the last, creating a strong, mission-driven team. Lesson 2: Organizing and Managing an Effective Team
Lesson 2 explores strategies to effectively structure, manage, and sustain a mission-driven team through clear roles, productive meetings, resource management, and strategic problem-solving. and equips participants with the skills and What You Will Learn: ✔ Identify team functions and roles that align with your mission ✔ Learn to run meetings that are productive and purposeful ✔ Gain strategies for managing resources effectively ✔ Build connections and strengthen collaboration By the end of this lesson, you will understand that a well-structured team = a powerful movement, that efficiency, clarity, and connection drive success, and that problem-solving requires depth, not just reaction.

Lesson 3 – Set Your Team in Motion
Lesson 3 is all about taking action in the public square! Mary Baker coaches you on how to equip your team with the strategies and skills necessary to build relationships, engage in civic, electoral, social, and political opportunities, and take effective action in the public square while staying solution-oriented.
